Happy Anniversary

Congratulations to Bob and Pat Hudson as they celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in the Firemans Lounge this past weekend. With friends and family looking on the couple renewed their vows (well most of them anyway) A great dinner followed.

Construction Updates

Former Payless Gas site - building construction underway for new TD Bank
Maple Avenue will be the scene of heavy construction over the next few months as CRD Water will be working to upgrade water mains along this stretch of road.
New Church on Townsend Road - Construction underway
Grouse Nest - Gillespie Road - 800 unit development proposal - Application Pending
Spirit Wood Development - Off Maple Park Terrace - 450 unit subdivision - LAND CLEARING UNDERWAY - Sewer and road construction work underway
Townsend Road - New 24 unit townhouse development - now under construction
Sooke Road at Charters - Three new duplexes are under construction
Mariners Village - Building 7 - Phase 1A and 1B- Occupancy Permit granted for parking garage and floors 1 - 3. Top two floors still under construction. The four townhouse buildings still under construction. Application for Development Permit for next phase currently in review process.
